“It is one of the most important administrative documents which is rarely available at the village level. The document basically deals with the rights of the villagers and is mostly used when dealing with cases like land related disputes of the villagers etc. It was after a hard work of three months that the Shart Wajib Ul Arzs (the administrative paper) of around 253 villages of the district were collected, which were then translated from Urdu to Hindi,” said KK Amrohi, district revenue officer.
He further added that it was after the translation that the compilation of the works was done.
“It took us around three complete months to get it done. Panchkula is the only district in the state which has compiled the administrative document”, added Amrohi.
