Pune, March 2 Aishwarya Shirke, a Class VIII student of Pune Vidyarthi Griha's Shishuniketan English Medium school stood first in dance competition held at the St Vincent school, recently. Baker's Basket had organised the Kids Idol '08 Dance competition. To get through the contest, Aishwarya participated in choreography, intelligence test and general knowledge and excelled in all. She bagged the first prize for her all round performance.

She was awarded with a cheque of Rs 1 lakh, sponsorship from the Young Talent Association, a holiday trip to Goa along with her parents, books from Crossword, a DVD player, a video-shooting camera and some gift hampers from various organisations.
