And the Baazigar trophy goes to...

Ahmedabad, February 5 The BBA-Baazigar contest finally came to an end on Monday. Six participants, including the 'wild card' entry, were put through a gruelling test of their strategy formation and advertising skills, before the the winners were announced.

"Golden Runnes", which organized the 'Baazigar Idol' contest lifted the BBA-Baazigar rolling trophy. The team earned Rs 42,880 as profits during their event management show.

The second position was bagged by 'D-Runs' led by Durgesh of the BBA department along with the best visual advertisement award. The 'Mirage' team were the surprise third prize winners.

The wild card entry, 'Ushta-te' led by Jigar Vyas of the Commerce faculty got the best business idea and the most organised team award. 'Yuva' team received the best radio jingle award, while the best marketing agent awards were won by Sagar Panchal and Pranav Thakkar. The event was judged by Gujarat’s youngest chartered accountant, Milind Mehta along with Ashit Kitkani, owner of a Baroda-based assets management company, Atiq Khan of Radio Mirchi and Uday Panchal.
