Arvind, Amit shine in Abidi cricket

Lucknow, February 13 A devastating six wicket haul by Arvind Kushwaha and an unbeaten 70 run knock by Amit Rawat went a long way as High Court XI defeated LIC XI by 37 runs in their league match of the Ist Faisal Abidi Memorial Cricket Tournament at Chowk Stadium here on Wednesday. Arvind took the six wickets giving away 16 runs in his 3.1 over spell. Amit’s unbeaten 70 came off 60 balls which featured 10 well-timed hits to the fence.

In the other match of the same tourney played at Gomti Nagar Stadium, Advocate General XI defeated LDA XI by five wickets.
