The college screened around 12 films of 10 to 50 minutes duration. Sweksha Bhagat, an ex-student of IP College, presented a short film titled “Vikhre Shankh” that expressed the dilemma of choosing between the real world and that of art and poetry.
The festival called MISE-EN-SCENE, held by the Department of Mass Media and Mass Communication, was conceptualised to give a platform to budding filmmakers.
Suma Josson (documentary filmmaker), Roopesh Rai Sikand and Sameera Jain (filmmaker) and Yashika Dhillon (assistant director, Aap Ka Suroor, shared their ideas.
