Only to score political mileage, BJP leaders like LK Advani, Narendra Modi, Rajnath singh, Vinay Katiyar are time again blaming the congress led UPA government for being soft on Pakistan based terrorists who have been active even during BJP's six years rule. By communalising politics, BJP stalwarts are inviting more and more enemies comprising fanatic jehadi elements like Al-Quida, Lashkar-e-Toiba from Pakistan against them. As per the adage "hatred begets hatred", it is time BJP leaders had adopted secular outlook, shunning communal stance.

Why do intelligence organizations give publicity to such reports? What useful purpose do they serve? The right course of action should be to keep tabs on the movements of the suspects and to tighten the security around the PP (Protected persons) and not to run to the press which already has a plethora of scary reports. The present policy of running to the press with the action taken report that the concerned state had been alerted and directed to tighten the security around the PP is nothing more than saving your own skin and claiming if the report comes true,"We had warned you". Besides, reports such as this create panic and the common man is left to rue that all security is for the VIPs and none for the common man.

While those who want to establish a Hindu Raj in India consider them as gods, they are feared by others who do not want the religious harmony in India disturbed. In order not to waste our wealth in protecting our religious leaders, let us not make religion a issues and learn to live as Indians treating everyone with same respect we give to the members of our own religion.
