Basketball: Nirmal Bethany School runners-up

Pune Nirmal Bethany High School were the runners-up in the under-13 boys section of the Girideepam trophy All India interschool basketball tournament organised by the Girideepam High School and held in Kottayam, Kerala recently.

Nirmal Bethany School lost the finals to the hosts by an eight-point margin, the score was 28-36.

The players who participated in the tournament were Prasad Kadu, Prasad Shinde, Amit Rawat, Abhishek Potdar, Omkar Darashivkar, Punit Yadav, Amit Yadav, Tanveer Pathan, Ragvendra S, Abhimanyu Patil, Arun Nair, Avinash Mohite, Hemant P, Manish C and Amar Kanade.

Mukund Negi is the coach of the team.
