Budhiraja murder case: main accused fails to turn up for hearing

New Delhi, February 13 In the much-awaited verdict in eight-year-old Kunjum Budhiraja murder case, the verdict could not be pronounced today as the main accused Romesh Sharma had to attend two hearing in two different courts.

Additional Sessions and District Judge S P Garg was to pronounce the verdict in the Budhiraja murder case but reserved the order due to the absence of the main accused in the case.

Since morning, the media flocked the Patiala House court premises waiting for the judgment of the case but everyone had to return empty handed as Sharma failed to turn up for the hearing in the case. The order will now be pronounced on Friday.
