Crescendo 2012

The annual cultural extravaganza - Crescendo 2012 - organised by the International School of Business and Media (ISB&M) is back. This three-day fest will be held from February 10-12 at the ISB&M Nande Campus, Sus Road. From a variety of presentations to performances and functions by the students, Crescendo 2012 will have a packed schedule. The theme for this year is ‘Astronomia’. Based on this, there will be a fashion show, rock show, fusion and western dance performances, as well as a finale show by UK band RDB. Students from colleges across Maharashtra will participate in the event.

Fest O' Comm

From February 3-5, students of Symbiosis Institute of Media and Communication (SIMC) had only one thing on their minds - Fest o' Comm. Over 500 colleges participated in the events - they were given the opportunity to debate and compete under expert guidance. Film director Madhur Bhandarkar inaugurated the festival while Vidhu Vinod Chopra was at the prize distribution ceremony. The festival concluded with a performance by musician Raghu Dixit.
