Chandigarh, February 16 In order to help students cope with board exam pressure this year, the CBSE has uploaded its website with information on dealing with stress, time management etc.

The website - www.cbse.nic.in - also has detailed information on various aspects of the board exams. There’s a link that provides a list of must-dos for both parents and students alike.

Special emphasis has been laid on ways of dealing with suicidal tendencies among students.

There’s also a section dedicated to frequently asked questions (FAQs) for students. Another bit of information deals with motivating students and ways to increase concentration.

Madhu Bahl, principal of KBDAV school and coordinator of the helpline in the city says, “The website is quite helpful and the students can get answers to most of their queries.”

And to get that weight off the chest, the education department has also started helplines for students. Those needing help or counselling on any aspect of the exams can call up these numbers and alleviate their worries.
