Mumbai Charges against Maria Susairaj and her fiancé Emile Jerome in the sensational Neeraj Grover murder case will be filed by the prosecution in the sessions court on January 13. Kannada film actor Susairaj and Jerome are accused of killing 25-year-old Neeraj Grover, creative head of TV production house Synergy Adlabs.

A chargesheet has already been filed against the two and the framing of charges is the first step in the trial. Maria made an application requesting for home-made food claiming that she has been facing indigestion problem, decision on which would be taken on January 13 after submission of a detailed report by the doctor who had examined Maria.

While Susairaj has given her confessional statement to a magistrate, Jerome has maintained silence. In her statement, Susairaj has claimed that it was Jerome who killed Grover and that she had tried to stop him.
