Memento, literally
Bearing all rumours of having displayed fake BO collections, the Ghajini team came together once again to celebrate the film’s success. Aamir Khan, as promised, showed up for an hour and no more, sans wife Kiran Rao or nephew Imraan Khan. The cast and crew however, marked their attendance. Asin Thottumkal and Jiah Khan did a small role reversal— Jiah this time covered up in a blue satin gown and Asin trotted in in a cute knee-length outfit.

Showstopper The producers gifted Aamir and director A R Murgadoss metallic figurines of the former in his trademark tattooed look. Seems like the filmmakers are taking ‘memento’ very seriously.

cars and babes
Kangana Ranaut meant it when she told us last week that her beau Adhyayan Suman’s a destiny’s child, born with a silver spoon in his mouth. The now-21-year-old lad’s 21st birthday was brought in with a surprise party thrown by his parents, Alka and Shekhar Suman. To make the day extra special, the doting parents gifted him a BMW 7 series.

Bummer The BMW looked sleek, but where was the babe, Adhyayan? After her appearance at Hrithik Roshan’s birthday party, Kangana was sorely missed at her ‘home’ function.
