Sirsa Addressing the district level rally, INLD’s Om Prakash Chautala accused the Bhupinder Singh Hooda government for corruption, nepotism and favouritism. He flayed the Congress-led UPA government for price rise and lawlessness. He asked the people to vote the BJP-INLD alliance to power in the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections.

He said the corrupt officials and politicians, who have been making money on the pretext of acquiring agricultural land in the state, will be taken to task. Blaming the Congress to be an anti-farmer and anti-common party, he said INLD will ensure proper remuneration of the produce of the farmers, especially cotton crop.

He said the incidence of fake encounters has increased manifold during the Congress-rule in the last four years. He congratulated the audience on the eve of Republic Day and asked the people to bring BJP-INLD to ensure development of the state.

The BJP president Rajnath Singh, however, remained conspicuous by his absence at the joint rally of the INLD and BJP.
