Around 300 students from 15 eminent play-way and pre-nursery schools were invited to take part in the carnival. They participated in various competitions like fancy dress, dance, healthy baby, innocent smile, frog races, best hair style, biscuit race etc. To encourage creativity and talent among them, participation certificates were also awarded to them.
Among the winners were Ridhima, Razapaul in healthy baby contest, Dristi, Aashima, Naaz and Vatsal in fancy dress, and Tavleen Kaur, Zeenat and Onkar in dance competition. Rashmi Sehgal, Namita and Dr Vandana Rajput were the judges on the occasion.
The winners were given trophies and mementoes by Amarjit Kaur Sehgal, the chairperson of the school. There were exciting one-minute games and tambola for the parents other than the competitions. Also, there were games like a castle-shaped air bouncer, scooter ride, horse riding etc which also attracted the little ones.
Santa Claus also distributed sweets and candies to the children. The visitors were very impressed with the theme-based digitally-equipped air conditioned classrooms, splash pool, skating rink and a huge playground, which the school provided. In the end, the Director, Pawan Sehgal congratulated the winners. Principal Anju Banga thanked all the guests and parents.
