Mumbai, February 27 Rampaging forwards Daksh Khandor, Tanmay Pandya and Harsh Joshi virtually toyed with BAK Swadhyay Bhavan (Matunga) and beat them 6-0 in group D of the boys-12 MSSA Inter-School hockey tournament, played at St. Stanislaus school ground, Bandra, on Wednesday.

The tie was so hopelessly one sided that the Malad school had notched up five goal in the first half itself with Daksh scoring thrice and Tanmay adding two while Harsh completed the tally with a fine field goal in the 33rd minute. In another tie in group C, Borivli’s St. Francis D’Assisi, more popular in football, did well to score a 3-1 win over another Borivli outfit, Swami Vivekanand.

Results: B-12-C: St. Francis D’Assisi (Borivli) 3 (Anikit Rudre, Akshay Hater, Mannan Shaikh) bt Swami Vivekanand (Borivli) 1 (Digvijay Yadav). B-12-D: Children Academy (Malad) 6 (Daksh Khandor 3, Tanmay Pandya 2, Harsh Joshi) bt BAK Swadhytay Bhavan (Matunga) 0. B-12-F: Don Bosco B (Matunga) 0 drew with St.Anne’s (Malad) 0.
