Ludhiana City girl Nafees Bhambi was awarded the first prize for scoring the highest marks in the MA English examination conducted by the University School of Open Learning, in a prize distribution ceremony at the Panjab University recently. Nafees has scored an overall 61 per cent and has secured the first position as well as a first division in her MA. Speaking about her achievement, Nafees, an alumnus of Sacred Heart Convent School, Sarabha Nagar, said it was her focused approach in studies that helped her get this distinction in the exams.
