CM, Shanta in Delhi to discuss Cabinet formation

Dharamshala, January 6 Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal and former Union minister for consumer affairs Shant Kumar on Sunday left for Delhi to discuss formation of the Council of Ministers with the party high command. Dhumal came from Malana to Palampur in the state helicopter, where Shanta Kumar was waiting. Both immediately left for Delhi. Sources say Himachal affairs in charge Satya Pal Jain is also in Delhi. The name of former education minister I.D. Dhiman is doing the rounds for the post of Speaker, said sources. It is learnt that a four-day winter session would start from January 10 at Dharamshala and the district administration has been asked to make arrangements.
