Ludhiana The District Congress Committee (DCC) under the leadership of PPCC President Mohinder Singh Kaypee will hold protest outside MC zone A office on January 29.

The Congress councillors held a meeting in this connection on Tuesday where they alleged that hardly any development work was being done in the city. They also condemned the notices sent by the building department to the constructions on both sides of GT road from Sherpur road to Jalandhar by-pass.

District Congress Committee president Jagmohan Sharma, who chaired the meeting, said that MC was misguiding residents in name of High Court and was harassing them by sending notices. Youth Congress leader Dimple Rana also condemned the MC.
