Profiles of a few witnesses:
1) Witness number 1: Manoj Kumar, a typist with Corporation Bank in the CGO Complex had gone to the CBI office on the directions of his senior. There he heard Koli confessing his crime on January 13, 2007.
2) Witness number 3: Satish Chand Mishra, social activist and former bank official. The CBI called him to its CGO Complex office on January 12, 2007.
3) Witness number 4: D K Sharma, medical superintendent at AIIMS. On February 13, 2007 he had received a letter from the CBI asking them to constitute a board to perform scientific tests on Koli and Pandher.
4) Witness number 6: Dr Mamta, who was working as assistant professor at AIIMS, was part of the board which had examined Koli.
5) Witness number 8: Dr Manish Kummath of AIIMS, who had asked Koli to demonstrate how he used to cut the body parts of his victims.
6) Witness number 10: Dr Sanjeev Lalwani of AIIMS. He showed skulls, skeletons and bones recovered from Pandher’s house to Koli.
7)Witness number 13: Metropolitan magistrate of Patiala House, Chandra Shekhar. Koli confessed to his crime before him in a closed room. The confession was videographed.
8) Witness number 18: Dr S K Vaya, deputy director, Directorate of Forensic Sciences, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. He performed brain-mapping, narco and lie detector tests on both the accused.
9) Witness number 19: Gaurav Verma, city magistrate, Lucknow. He matched the bones with the victim’s family. Forms for the family identification of the Haldars were signed in front of him.
10)Witness number 21: Sapna Mishra Tripathi, special judicial magistrate, CBI court. She too heard the Nithari killings case.
11) Witness number 25: Dr Rajendra Singh, was working at CFSL. On January 13, 2007, he went and examined D-5 along with CBI officials.
12) Witness number 33: S K Chawla, who has been working in CFSL, Delhi since 1992.
He was on the board that examined various samples collected from D-5.
