The exhibition was inaugurated by Senior Superintendent of Police Dr Sukhchain Singh, was left awestruck by the students’ creations. He complimented them for their hard work and sense of aesthetics.
Over 1,000 displays related to fashion designing, textile designing and interior designing have been put up at the exhibition, which is witnessing a participation of almost 300 students. Designer clothes with spray prints, smart-fit trousers; semi-formal tops, belts, men’s shirts and jackets, and chunky jewellery designed by the students of fashion designing are placed in the stall ‘Tropical shadows’.
While fancy lamps and pots add to the charismatic ambience of the stall ‘Conxepts Crossing’, textile designing students have designed salwar kameez sets , knitted waist coats, hand bags, cushion covers, t-shirts, pouches, key rings and other decorative articles which are displayed in the ‘Poshida Art’ stall.
