* Akademi Award winner 2006 Ramchandra Kharatmal and All India Art Exhibition award winner 2006 Varsha Kharatmal are coming up with their collection of paintings. The exhibition is scheduled from February 9 to 11 between 11 am to 8 pm at Arvee Art Gallery, Off ITI Road, Aundh and will be inaugurated by Tarita Mehendale, the founder and chairperson of Indira Group of Institutes.
* Exhibition of collection of paintings by veteran artists at India Art Gallery. The exhibition will be on from February 9 to 16 between 10 am to 9 pm. You will get to see some masterstrokes by artistes like Aabalal Raheman, S LHaldankar, G R Wadangekar, Changdeo Shirgaonkar and S V Dhurandhar.
* Renowned artist Shakuntala Patade showcases her work- Beyond the horizon. The exhibition will be on at Aperture India, Millennium Plaza from February 11 to 17 between 11 am to 8pm.
* Artists Sumant Jogdand and Swapna Joshi are exhibiting their artwork at J Studio Art Gallery. The exhibition in acrylic will be on from February 6 to 12 between 11 am to 7 pm.
* Marking the centenary of Tintin's creator Hergé is an exhibition on the character at Art2Day gallery. The exhibition was inaugurated by veteran cartoonist, SD Phadnis on February 5. The exhibition will be on till February 10 between 11.30 am to 7.30 pm.

Music
* Enjoy the first ever-Hindi concert in Pune Aap ki Asha by Asha Bhosale. The concert will take place on February 9 Chandrasekhar Agashe College, Mukund Nagar 6 pm onwards. This also happens to be her first musical show after she was honored with Padmavibhushan. The donor passes for the concert are available at Alurkar Music House, Bal Gandharva Theatre, Influx Mart, Bharat Natya Mandir, Crossword, Planet M, Yashvantrao Chavan Natya Gruh and Café Coffee Day Outlets.
* Vasant Utsav, a three-day festival conducted every year in the memory of Late Dr Vasantrao Deshpande will take place from February 8 to 10 at the Ramanbaug High School ground from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm. Tickets can be booked at Tilak Smarak Mandir, Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir and Yashwantrao Chavan Natyagruha, Kothrud. Day one will see performance by Rahul Deshpande, from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm, followed by Ustad Zakir Hussain, Shankar Mahadevan, A Sivamani and U Shrinivas. On the second day Dr L Subramaniam and Begum Abida Parveen will perform. And the third day will see performances by Ghulam Ali and Kishori Amonkar.
