Some counters will open at the IRCA Reservation Complex, New Delhi, Delhi Junction and the Hazrat Nizamuddin Reservation Office from 8 am to 2 pm. However, during the evening shift (2 to 8 pm) all counters will open.
Reservation offices at the following places will remain closed during the morning shift: Sarojini Nagar, Lajpat Nagar, Okhla, Karkardooma, Noida, Delhi Shahdara, Ghaziabad, Naya Azadpur, Subzi Mandi, Kirti Nagar, Tuglaqabad, Rohini, AIIMS, International Tourist Bureau, Palam, Delhi Cantt., Delhi Sarai Rohilla, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Palwal, Sonepat, Panipat, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Jind, Rohtak, Bahadurgarh, Shamli, Moradnagar, Modinagra, Meerut City, Meerut Cantt., Muzaffarnagar, Deoband, Mansa, Kaithal, Gohana, Jhajhar, Baraut and Indira Gandhi International Airport Computerised Reservation Office.
Those at Parliament House, Press Club of India, Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Delhi University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, Tis Hazari Court, Kashmere Gate and IIT will remain closed for the entire day. Current reservation counters will work as usual at Delhi, New Delhi and Hazrat Nizamuddin railway stations.
No Metro service till 2 pm
Metro services will not be available on Holi, March 11 till 2 pm. Services on all the three lines, Dilshad Garden to Rithala, Jahangirpuri to Central Secretariat and Indraprastha to Dwarka Sec-9 will remain suspended. “Metro services will resume from 2 pm and will continue normally thereafter,” Anuj Dayal, DMRC spokesperson, said. The Metro feeder bus service will also be unavailable till 1 pm on Holi. Skeletal services will be available after that on all routes other than Netaji Subhash Place to Azadpur PRS, Rohini West to Lakhi Ram Park, Dwarka Sec-9 to Dwarka Sec-10 and Dwarka Sec-10 to Najafgarh. The service will not be available on these routes the entire day.
