Delegation from Sudan visits PCTE

Ludhiana, February 4 Two members of a delegation from Khartoum Aviation and Tourism Academy, Sudan, are visiting Punjab College of Technical Education to discuss and explore opportunities in the field of academics.

Amir, Dean (International Affairs) Moyouyu, Chairman of the Khartoum Aviation and Tourism, visited all the PCTE institutions in Campus-1 and Campus-2. They had a long discussion with the management and faculty of the institution regarding sharing of resources, curriculum designs and other academic ventures with PCTE.

Said Dr KNS Kang, Director, “PCTE has nine academic collaborations with different leading institutions of England, South Africa, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. This visit of the Sudan delegation is in response to the visit of Dean International Affairs, PCTE to Sudan recently. The delegation has shown its keen interest in venturing with PCTE Institute of Hotel Management, besides other disciplines in academics”.

During their visit to PCTE, the delegation also met with the foreign faculty and students studying at PCTE from various parts of Africa such as Tanzania, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Rwanda, Mozambique and Uganda. The delegation has invited the PCTE faculty to Sudan for enhancing the collaborative efforts by the two institutions in the various areas of academics.
