Delhi XI triumphs in under-19 cricket

Lucknow, February 13 Delhi XI defeated Bright Start Cricket Academy by 14 runs in their league match of the 7th Heera Lal Yadav Under-19 All India Cricket Tournament at NER Stadium here on Wednesday.

Asked to field first, Delhi XI scored 166 runs losing all its wickets in 35.3 overs in the 40 overs-a-side match. In reply, Bright Start Cricket Academy was bowled out a total of 152 runs in 37 overs.

In the other matches of the same tournament held at different venues, Harry Academy, Delhi defeated DSA Moradabad by five wickets while Abhijeet Sinha Cricket Academy (ASCA) defeated Eklavya Cricket Academy by six wickets.
