Dense fog causes series of accidents, 1 killed

NOIDA Thick fog on the Yamuna Expressway caused a series of accidents on Monday. A dumper broken down near Sultanpur and a trolley coming from Greater Noida rammed into it due to poor visibility. The driver of the trolley, Rajesh, a resident of Kasganj, died on the spot.

After some time on the same spot, a car rammed into the trolly, seriously injuring its occupants Sudha Dean and her daughter. But it did not stop here. Another dumper ran into the mangled heap on the same spot, critically injuring five persons, who have been admitted to the Bhardwaj Hospital in Sector 29.
