Ludhiana The members of the Eco Club, under the guidance of their head girl, Sanchita Arora, organised an Eco Club activity where parents of various students were given an opportunity to participate. The parents not only gave fruitful suggestions but also became the members of the club. To further encourage the students, some parents themselves even cleaned the parking area along with some students. Sister Sobel, the school principal, congratulated the students and their parents for their relentless efforts to keep the environment clean and green.

The innovative ideas and practical suggestions of the parents like lesser use of AC and other CFC emitting instruments, more use of CNG instead of petrol and diesel, ban on plastic bags, covering short distances on foot and carrying jute bags were appreciated by all.
