Sharman Joshi answers the Telly call

After courting his brother's fiancé in 'Sorry Bhai', the inimitable Sharman Joshi has another proposition up his sleeve-he could help you win Rs 1 crore.

Inspired by Bollywood A-listers Akshay, Salman and Shah Rukh, Sharman has decided to make a foray on the small screen too.

The actor will be seen hosting a game show called 'Poker Face: Dil Sachcha, Chehra Jhootha' on the new Hindi entertainment channel Real. "The show is the Indian version of the game show of UK origin," says Sharman, promising it would be all the more power packed and fun-filled.

"It intends to turn ordinary people into real heroes and for the first time in a quiz show, it does not matter how many answers you get right, you can still be in, with a chance of winning the jackpot of Rs 1 crore if you can keep a poker face," Sharman reveals the USP of serial which would debut on March 2.

"The first season will comprise 14 episodes and will be aired at 8 am from Monday to Sunday," informs Sharman, the star of hit movies 'Style', 'Rang De Basanti', 'Life in a Metro' and 'Golmaal'.

"There is nothing wrong about entering television.

The concept was interesting, different and fresh and I could not stop myself from signing it," says the actor, who drove his fans crazy in 'Golmaal' and 'Style'.

"Poker Face will also entertain audience of all age groups," he promises.
