Magistrate N Shirmangle also granted permission to carry out an identification parade of Ansari. The court has granted five days time before which the parade can be conducted. “We have lined up several people including the investigating officer from Rampur. All witnesses will be summoned to the Arthur Road police station and the parade will be carried out within the time granted by the court,” said Publice Prosecutor Eknath Dhamal.
Fahim and Sabahuddin were brought to Mumbai from UP on December 18 last year. They were arrested for their alleged role of conspiracy of the terror attacks along with the nine dead terrorists and Kasab. The police have stated that the duo had done a recee of the targets and made maps of it and supplied them to the LeT mastermind.
