Kolkata The Special Task Force (STF) arrested two persons in the city on Friday with a haul of fake Indian currency notes. The STF seized Rs 5 lakh from Salem Mondal (24) and Jasim Mondal (26) who were picked up from Watgunj in south Kolkata.

“We had a tip-off that the two will try to circulate the fake currency in the market,” said Rajiv Kumar, ACP, STF.
