Miles to go... A leisurely drive, games, dance, sumptuous breakfast...the Miles and Smiles Rally organized by Hyundai Motors for its i10 customers was a hit from the word go! Instead of a speed competition, the rally promoted fuel-efficient driving habits and customers got a chance to gauge the mileage of their car and win prizes in the process. I have participated in many rallies, but this was a mileage contest and was unique, smiles Dr Amarjeet Singh. As many as 100 Hyundai i10 Kappa cars participated in the event, which was flagged off from Himachal Bhavan by BK Lee, regional manager of Hyundai central region. The rally route Chandigarh-Ambala highway and back. Prizes were given to those who got the best mileage and Vinay Aggarwal won the first prize worth Rs 15,000, while Balwinder Chander and Deepti Sharma won prizes worth Rs 12,000 and 7,500 respectively. This was such a fantastic Sunday that we spent with our family and we look forward to more such drives, quipped Usha Nagpal, a homemaker.
