Gas cylinders seized from former MLA’s agency

Vadodara, February 3 Narmada district civil food supply officials seized 41 LPG cylinders from former Rajpipla MLA Kanaksinh Mangrola’s gas agency at Rajpipla on Saturday evening.

According to the officials, Mangrola’s driassociates and driver were arrested after failing to produce the necessary documents while transporting the cylinders from his Jalaram Gas Agency to an unknown destination.

R N Vasava, district civil food supply chief inspector, said, “While the vehicle along with its cargo is in custody of Rajpipla Police, the driver and another associate are absconding.”

Rajpipla police officers said that Vasava has lodged an FIR against Mangrola for not producing the required documents. Investigations are being carried out in the case.
