The agreement papers were exchanged by the two sides in the presence of Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee at the Writers’ Buildings on Friday. Addressing the media, president and CEO Pramod Bhasin said that a wide range of work would be carried out at the campus. “The impact of work will generate employment for three to four more persons per person employed. At present, we have 700 people working in Kolkata,” Bhasin said.
He added that the city has an “unparallel talent base”. The company intends to make an investment that may go up to Rs 200 crore.
