Ludhiana, March 4 The MBA students of GGNIMT visited GS Radiators, a leading radiator and sheet metal components manufacturing unit. The visit started with a presentation about the organization by the GM Operations Lukesh Rally. He told the students about the quality policy and the marketing initiatives of the organization. CMD Ranjodh Singh interacted with the students and answered questions on marketing strategies, the impact of globalization, and what was more important - customer satisfaction or profit.

Ranjodh Singh stressed that both are important, and are not mutually exclusive. The students also visited the manufacturing unit and understood the operations, from testing the raw material to the finished products.
