Inspired by fresh, homemade nimbu paani, PepsiCo India has rolled out its packaged nimbu paani called ‘Nimbooz by 7Up’. Specially created to suit Indian tastes, ‘Nimbooz’ brings in nimbu paani, with real lemon juice, no fizz, and no artificial flavours. Speaking at the formal launch in the city, Alpana Titus, Executive VP-Flavours, PepsiCo India mentioned, “Because of its ready-to-drink format that is both convenient and hygienic, Nimbooz will be relevant and affordable for the consumer.” To market their new product, the company has drawn up an intensive consumer activation campaign. The next couple of months will see multi-city launches, road shows including a special ‘Nimbooz Highway Gadi’ that will drive across four major highways connecting Delhi to Jaipur, Dehradun, Agra to drive trails and consumer education. Till then you can sip Nimbooz, available in three packaging formats of 200 ml returnable glass bottles, 350ml PET and 200ml Tetra priced at Rs 10, Rs 15 and Rs 10 respectively.
