Chandigarh The Haryana BJP, an alliance partner of the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) today complained to the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) of India and the election officer Haryana that the advertisements of Haryana government had been consistently telecast and broadcast on various television channels and radio networks even after the model code of conduct came into force yesterday.

The party also pointed out that the Haryana Roadways buses were running with large photographs of Chief Minister depicting “the false and fabricated achievements of the Congress-led government,” according to senior BJP leader Gyan Chand Gupta.

Gupta said the BJP also objected to display of large hoardings of the government at various places in the state and demanded their immediate removal.
