Govt will soon file reply on Ansari

Kolkata The state government will soon file its reply in the case of Aftab Ansari whose death sentence was stayed by the Supreme Court. This was revealed by Ashimesh Goswami, public prosecutor of the state government in Calcutta High Court on Wednesday. Both Aftab and Jamiluddin Nasir, who also has been awarded death sentence in the case, are now lodged in Alipore Central jail.
