The local police, along with PAC, reached her house in Dibiyapur Sabzi mandi and brought all household items to the Dibiyapur police station. They included a television, refrigerator and air conditioners. Dibiyapur police station Station Officer Rajneesh Babu Katiyar said: “It took almost six hours to complete the process. No one raised any objection.”
On January 16, the police had obtained a court order for the attachment of property of Vibha Tiwari, who has been accused of destroying evidence of Gupta’s murder, in which her husband and former district BSP president Yogendra Dhore are the main accused.
The police, meanwhile, slapped Goonda Act against six accused, including Shekhar Tiwari and Dhore.
