Haryana beat Bihar in 20-20 final

Chandigarh, January 1 Haryana beat Bihar by 71 runs to win the Under-17 National Twenty20 Cricket Championship which concluded in Chennai today. Shiv Kumar (62) of Haryana was declared Man of the Match.

Amit Kundu of Haryana was declared as best batsman, Manish Kumar of Haryana was declared best Bowler, Sabrinath of Tamil Nadu was declared as best wicket-keeper. The player of the tournament went to Ajay Malik of Chandigarh. He scored 195 runs and took eight wickets in the tournament.

Chandigarh defeated Uttar Pradesh by 42 runs for the third place. Rozal Batra of Chandigarh was declared Man of the Match. He scored 71 runs in 42 balls.
