While the 80-seater bar doubles as a restaurant, we prefer the watering spot with its Rs 300 cocktails — the masala margaritas and watermelon mojitos. The almond margarita (Rs 300), a delectably semisweet concoction with almond paste, tequila and a dash of lime, is for the adventurous. There are unusual ones like Al Rancho that blends whisky and beer with a touch of ginger ale. If cucumber and celery martinis sound like out-of-place health drinks, go for a blackberry martini, shaken and stirred. And if you are of those who prefer a creamy sweet after-dinner drink, how about banana and coffee martini on a bed of ice? The others, stick to your cosmopolitans and highballs.
