hello ma'mThis is Dr. Ramneet, a dental surgeon(2007 pass out).I want to bring to your kind notice, the plight of dental surgeons of our state of punjab. There are 13 dental colleges in our state, with 2300 seats available. Every year 100s of students pass out of these colleges, but without any future security, as there are no posts available for them in govt.sector.Its a very disheartning condition for any professional, to be free. Its just a type of mental harassment,at the hands of our own govt. Our neighbouring state haryana advertises regular govt.posts every year for medicos, dentists and veterinarians. So, why are we lagging behind.Kindly do the needful, so as to avoid brain drain from our state as well as country.
