Hoshiarpur College claims Yoga title

Ludhiana MBBG GR Girls College, Hoshiarpur, garnered a total of 684 points to claim the Panjab University Inter-College Yoga (women) B-Division Championship at the Panjab University Gymnasium hall on Wednesday. The second spot was secured by outclassed Gobindgarh Public College, Alour, Ludhiana who managed to get 491 points. In the individual events, it was Kiran Devi who stood winner with 145.5 points while Raman Devi was in tow with 141 points. Meanwhile, after claiming a total of 713.5 points in their possession, Dev Samaj College of Education for Women, Sector 36 emerged as champions in the Panjab University Inter College Yoga (women) C- Division Championship. Government College of Yoga Education and Health, Sector 23 clinched the second place by securing 666.5 points. Ruchika of Government College scored 175.5 points and finished first while another girl Sonu Rani of the same college bagged 162.5 points to secure the second spot in the individual events.
