The first thing that struck me when we entered this restaurant is how spacious it is.
Though they have the usual trappings of all Chinese restaurants—the usual faux ponds with koi fish swimming, toads spouting water, dragons greeting at the door and Chinese silk paintings dominating a wall— the restaurant is done up extremely stylishly.
Soft lighting lends warmth and comfortable rosewood tables and the chairs are spaced widely enough to offer adequate privacy to each table.
Some of the dishes that we ordered included Coriander Veg soup, Chicken Satay, Garlic Pot Rice, Stir Fried Greens, Lotus Rice and Pot Rice, Chicken in Black Bean Sauce, Wooly Chicken Crispy Spinach and Corn, Waterchestnuts and yummy Chocolate mousse.
The aroma of the food was mind-blowing and just thinking of the food makes my mouth water.
I’m hoping for the same experience and family time this year too for my birthday, and it’s just around the corner.
