My last memorable meal was, in fact, last night. We have cooks at home, but yesterday, my wife decided to prepare the meal since we were expecting another couple to join us. It was an intimate dinner party and we had some wine. The food was Indian, since I’m a huge fan, especially of North Indian food. I simply can’t do without it.

The dinner was fabulous — we ate some lovely Indian-style chicken with gravy, sookhe alu ki subzi, palak paneer and some seriously deadly black dal. In fact, the food was so good that we stuffed ourselves and left no room for dessert. It was an amazing evening - with great food, drinks and some very nice, chilled-out company.
