Hinds may miss out today
OWING to soar muscle Wavell Hinds might have to sit out in match against Chandigarh Lions on Tuesday. Hinds stretched his thigh muscles while practicing at nets on Sunday.
Former West Indian allrounder did not attend net sessions on Monday and rested in his hotel room.
Sriram for ECB Level III coaching course
FORMER Tamil Nadu allrounder has left for England to pursue ECB Level III Coaching Course and will join Ahmedabad Rockets conditioning camp on March 9 in Panchkula. Sriram will report at Derbyshire County Cricket ground on March 4. Due to this Sriram will not take part in the practice matches against Chandigarh Lions.
Speaking to Newsline before leaving for Delhi, Sriram said, “I don't have any intention of becoming a coach in future, but I believe that this qualification will help in improving my game.”
Inzamam to lead Lahore Badshahs
INZAMAM-ul Haq will captain an all-Pakistani team Lahore Badshahs, while new recruit Damien Martyn will skipper the Ahmedabad Rockets in the Indian Cricket League (ICL) Twenty20 Grand Championship starting later this month. Chris Harris will now lead Hyderabad Rockets after Haq switched to Lahore Badshahs.
