Lok Adalat held on MACP cases

Ahmedabad, February 25 The Gujarat High Court Legal Services Committee and Gujarat High Court Advocates Associations jointly organised Lok Adalat on MACP cases on February 23 and 24 in the city.

On the occasion, it was decided to set up Lok Adalats for such cases and hold it on one Saturday every month.

The event was inaugurated by Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court YR Meena. The programme was attended by leading advocates and representatives of New India Insurance, Oriental Insurance, United India Insurance Company.

The next Lok Adalat will be held on March 29 at Sola and the people entangled in various cases of MACP can get it transferred to the Lok Adalat through their advocates or the Secretary High Court Legal Services Committee.
