Man injured as bullock cart hits him

Ludhiana The lack of medical facilities at the venue of the ‘Rural Olympics’ was highlighted when an aged man was seriously injured after being hit by a bullock cart. The injured Tarsem Lal, a resident of Hoshiarpur, was rushed to a private hospital in Dehlon by the locals and a few journalists. The incident occurred during the heats of the cart race when a bullock could not stop at the finishing line and rammed the spectator.
