The lack of medical facilities at the venue of the ‘Rural Olympics’ was highlighted when an aged man was seriously injured after being hit by a bullock cart. The injured Tarsem Lal, a resident of Hoshiarpur, was rushed to a private hospital in Dehlon by the locals and a few journalists.
