Man, son injured in brawl

Chandigarh A brawl between two groups left two men injured on Friday at Sector 22. The victims were identified as Amit, owner of Paragon advertisement agency and his father. According to sources, Amit had gone to collect his dues from the owner of a toyshop in Sector 22. “The owner of the toyshop refused to hand over the money. Amit then called up his father to negotiate with them. When Amit’s father reached the shop, the owner of the toyshop along with his servants pulled both of them inside and beat them mercilessly with bats and sticks,” said a police officer. The police reached the spot and took the injured to the hospital. The police officer said they have rounded up the persons who beat Amit and his father and have started investigations.
