Maple Bear School celebrates annual function

Ludhiana, February 25 Maple Bear Canadian Playway and Nursery School celebrated its second annual prize distribution function, Fragrance 2008, on its campus with great pomp and show.

The theme of the function was ‘flowers’. SSP R K Jaiswal was the chief guest for the function.

The tiny tots presented a colourful extravaganza to mark the day. The function started with a welcome song, followed by ‘Hare Ram, Golmal, Ladki ki kathi, Maujan hi maujan’ etc. The parents also played games, much to the delight of the children.

Principal Veena Aggarwal read out the annual report and appreciated the efforts of the students, teachers and parents for their wholehearted support, for making the venture successful. SSP R K Jaiswal presented trophies and certificates to the children. He also lauded the efforts of the management and the staff for setting up the good playschool.

Akshat was chosen Maple Bear, and Deeptha as Miss Maple Bear. Anil Sarin, General Secretary BJP Punjab, and Municipal Councillor Bharat Bhushan , also appreciated the performance of the children.
