The owner was getting shops constructed in his residential property without permission from the MC building branch. It may be mentioned that already, a number of other such shops are doing a brisk business in the same row, but today was the turn of one violater only.

In addition to this, even a gate built by a society to close the roads was also brought down by the team as according to the commissioner, the gate was posing problem for masses. However it needs to be mentioned that hundreds of such gates have been constructed by different societies and most of them reason that they have done so for security reasons after consultation with the then SSP G.S Rai.

Later on, the team took a round of Dugri road and went to Model Town extension road, where the team cleared an encroached area near the Leisure Valley, Part-2. The encroacher was selling flower pots from this area and all the pots were broken to clear the area. But later, a few persons came with a claim of stay from court.
