Ludhiana, September 20 A Pre-Conference international video operative workshop on Minimal Invasive Surgery and Radical Onco-surgery was held at Pal Auditorium in the city today. The session was organised by Mohan Dai Oswal Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation.

The session was organised ahead of the three-day national conference of the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology, NARCON-IASO 2007, which is being organised in the city. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr S Sadasivam, president IASO. A number of delegates from Japan are participating in the conference. Dr Sanjeev Misra, national secretary of the association, was also present at the workshop. The conference will begin tomorrow and will end on September 23.
